Finding balance can feel like an elusive dream, doesn't it? We're constantly juggling work, personal commitments, you name it. Life keeps getting busier. While enjoying a good ol' morning Instagram scroll over the weekend, I came across this 8+8+8 rule and I thought it was a powerful framework to help find the balance many are on the hunt for.

Establish some new guidelines or boundaries to support the work life balance you want
Prioritize your sleep - seriously, set an alarm to remind you bed is soon, to shut down the computer, to put away the phone
Plan activities you love and that help you relax - maybe just start with planning one this week
